1. Account Registration & Login
You can quickly create an account using one of the following methods:
• Email Registration: Enter a valid email address and set a password.
• Phone Registration: Enter a valid mobile number, verify it, and set a password.
Once registered, you can log in to check your order history and shipping status, and receive exclusive offers from time to time.
2. Shopping Process
1. Browse our Merchandise page, select your preferred size and quantity, then click “Add to Cart.”
2. Review your cart, and click “Checkout” when you’re ready to proceed.
3. Order Information
To ensure successful delivery, please fill in the following details accurately:
• Recipient’s Name
• Contact Number
• Shipping Address or Convenience Store Pickup Location
• Email Address (order confirmation will be sent here)
4. Payment Methods
Multiple payment options are available. Once payment is completed, your order will be confirmed.

Available Shipping Options
• Convenience Store Pickup: 7-Eleven, FamilyMart (Taiwan main island / offshore islands)
• Postal Delivery: Chunghwa Post (Taiwan main island / offshore areas)
• International Shipping: EMS Express (available for overseas regions)
Estimated Delivery Time
• Convenience Store Pickup: 3–5 days (Taiwan)
• Postal Delivery: 2–5 days (Taiwan)
• EMS International: 7–14 days (may vary by destination country)
Shipping Notes
• Orders are typically shipped within 5 business days (excluding the order date, weekends, holidays, and weather-related disruptions).
• Shipping hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00–18:00. No shipments on holidays.
• During peak seasons, festivals, special promotions, or unforeseen events (e.g. natural disasters), shipping may be delayed.
• If an item is found to be out of stock or defective before shipping, we will contact you via your order message for further arrangements.
• If your order exceeds shipping size limits, we will contact you to adjust the shipping method accordingly.
Convenience Store Pickup Reminders
• You’ll receive an SMS notification when your item arrives at the pickup location.
• Please collect your order within the store’s pickup deadline.
• Unclaimed orders that are returned due to non-pickup will result in additional shipping costs borne by the customer and may affect future order eligibility.
