Return Policy

Product Inspection Period

Unless the item is classified as non-returnable under The Regulations on Reasonable Matters as Exceptions to Rescind the Distance Sales, such as:
  • Liable to deteriorate, with a fairly short shelf life, or expire rapidly at the time to rescind the contract;
  • Made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
  • Newspapers, periodicals or magazines;
  • Sealed audio, video recording or computer software which have been unsealed after delivery;
  • Digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, or online services which would be fully performed once begun, with the consumer’s prior consent;
  • Sealed personal hygiene products which have been unsealed after delivery;
all products are eligible for a 7-day inspection period (inclusive of holidays), starting from the date the product is received.

If you wish to return an item, please get in touch with our customer service through the store’s messaging system within 7 days of receipt, and provide the following information:
  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Contact number
  • Name of the item(s) to be returned
  • Reason for return and photos
Our team will assist you with the return or exchange process upon receiving your request.



Return & Exchange Guidelines

Returned or exchanged items must be unused and free of non-manufacturing damage or defects.
Please note that the 7-day inspection period is intended for assessing whether the product meets your needs — it is not a trial period. If specified by our store, please retain all original packaging, including outer cartons. Returns will not be accepted without complete original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
  • Requests made after the 7-day inspection period
  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to human error (including but not limited to stains, malfunctions, breakage, scratches, scuffs, wear and tear, dents, or dirt)
  • Incomplete packaging, missing invoices, or accessories
  • Malicious or bulk returns

Partial refunds will only be offered under the following or similar circumstances:
Any product not in its original condition, including damage or missing parts not caused by our error
For non-defective items, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer and are non-refundable
Items returned more than 7 days after delivery

To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase, and do not send the product directly to the manufacturer.



Return & Exchange Process

1. Contact customer service
2. Await return/exchange approval
3. Prepare the product and invoice
4. Ship the item to us
5. We will confirm the item’s condition
6. We will then ship the replacement item or process your refund

If you agree to proceed with a replacement, please return the original product via the original order and then place a new order in the store. We will issue an invoice and settle any price differences (charged or refunded). If there is no price difference, no additional action is required.



Refunds

If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited directly to your original payment account once the return is confirmed.
